Retail Tenants of Prospect -  Starflower Studios Triton Group EHM   Cafe Velo

The Prospect Street Building is a mixed-use building located in downtown Bellingham. Today it has four apartments with retail and office spaces on the ground floor.

The building was built in 1919 as a mortuary house. In 1936, the Bellingham Theatre Guild occupied the buidling until 1942. 

Starting in 1945 to the 1970s, the building became an 11-unit apartment building known as the Prospect Apartments.
