Daylight Properties is a family-owned business located in Bellingham, WA. We own and manage historical buildings and specialize in preserving and maintaining older buildings. We believe they are vital cultural monuments. We love historic buildings! It is our passion. We have extensive experience in uncovering natural wood, brick, iron columns and old growth timbers.
Daylight Properties is managed by its owners, not by a third-party management agency. This way, we can avoid many of the problems that arise from the disassociation between the owner and tenant.

Through the purchase and restoration of historic buildings, Bob helped preserve beautiful facades, protect local history, and create unique commercial and residential spaces that continue to serve the community today.
What others saw as old buildings, he saw as opportunity — opportunity to strengthen downtown’s identity and economic vitality for generations to come.
