Retail Tenants of Odd Fellows - The Orion

The Odd Fellows Building is a mixed-use building located along E Holly Street. 

The building maintains many of the original attributes.  There are 2 commercial units and 19 residential apartments.

The Odd Fellows Building was built in 1906. This was Bellingham's first YMCA building. The building had offices and a gymnasium on the first floor. The upper floors had dormitory rooms or apartments. 

The International Order of Odd Fellows purchased the building and kept occupancy until the late 1970s.
