This building was built in 1910. The first occupant recorded for the building was Wilson Feed and Grocery. 

The building was then used to sell cars, as a floral shop and photography studio. Cascade Natural Gas moved into the building in 1960 and was there for much of the decade. Customers used to be able to drive down a ramp through the first floor of the building and pull up to a drive-thru window to pay their bills.
