The Follis Building is located at 112 Prospect Street in the northern part of downtown Bellingham. It is located near the Whatcom Museum, Maritime Heritage Park and the Lightcatcher Museum. 

It was built in 1920 in the commercial style as a motor company. 

The Follis Building was built in 1924 and was home to Pressentin-Hullquist Motor Company. 

The building saw many motor companies come and go.
